An accomplished strategist with more than 30 years of expertise crafting award-winning programs that engage consumers, build brands and drive marketing success, Ronna Reich is the founder of INK & ROSES.   

Prior to opening the agency in 2004, Ronna built and managed a highly successful beauty and lifestyle practice as Vice President at a large global agency. She previously honed her skills with positions of increasing responsibility at three leading New York City boutique firms. 

From FDA launches and fashion shows to Fortune 50 companies and startups, Ronna's decades of client work spans more than 50 esteemed brands, personalities and CSR campaigns. Her work for both prestige and mass beauty brands extends across multiple categories including skincare, color cosmetics, hair care, salon, spa, cosmetic surgery, fragrance and baby care. Her strategic influence has been elevated through her growing network of influential editors, producers, dermatologists, aestheticians, stylists, make-up artists, designers, celebrities and scientific experts.  

Ronna's consumer health and wellness expertise ranges from national public awareness campaigns to medical devices and personal care products. Additionally, she has successfully orchestrated a variety of campaigns for home décor, fashion and luxury jewelry brands.

Ronna is a graduate of Syracuse University and a member of Cosmetic Executive Women as well as the Public Relations Society of America. She resides in Connecticut with her husband, two children and her dog Henry.

Kristen Pessalano

Vice President

A dedicated brand-builder with more than a decade of experience developing and implementing strategic public relations programs that make an impact, Kristen Pessalano is a Vice President at INK & ROSES.

Throughout her career, Kristen has held various positions of increasing responsibility at agencies of all sizes, allowing her to work with industry-leading household names, niche brands and everything in between. Her experience spans multiple categories, including skincare, color cosmetics, haircare, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, baby care, corporate communications, consumer health and consumer packaged goods.

A graduate of Boston University, Kristen is a proven strategist and out-of-the-box thinker who believes that the size of the budget doesn’t have to limit the size of the idea. Her eye for detail and passion for AP Style have made her a go-to for content creation and writing across all categories, in addition to her expertise in traditional media relations and influencer engagement.

Kristen resides on Long Island with her husband and rescue cats.
