Prior to opening the agency in 2004, Ronna built and managed a highly successful beauty and lifestyle practice as Vice President at a large global agency. She previously honed her skills with positions of increasing responsibility at three leading New York City boutique firms.
From FDA launches and fashion shows to Fortune 50 and startups, Ronna's decades of client work spans more than 50 esteemed brands, personalities and CSR campaigns. Her work for both prestige and mass beauty brands extends across multiple categories including skincare, color cosmetics, hair care, salon, spa, cosmetic surgery, fragrance and baby care. Her strategic influence has been elevated through her growing network of influential editors, producers, dermatologists, aestheticians, stylists, make-up artists, designers, celebrities and scientific experts.
Ronna's consumer health and wellness expertise ranges from national public awareness campaigns to medical devices and personal care products. Additionally, she has successfully orchestrated a variety of campaigns for home décor, fashion and luxury jewelry brands.
Ronna is a graduate of Syracuse University and a member of Cosmetic Executive Women as well as the Public Relations Society of America. She resides in Connecticut with her husband, two children and a cute pug named Ryder.

Prior to joining INK & ROSES in 2004, Sheara worked at a leading independent public affairs agency in Washington, D.C., where she developed and managed programs primarily for non-profits including labor unions, public safety organizations, think tanks, advocacy organizations, international development organizations, foundations and educational institutions. She also worked at a broadcast strategy firm running consumer radio programs for a variety of food and health brands.
During her tenure at INK & ROSES, Sheara has directed integrated campaigns for market leading eye care, skincare, cosmetic and consumer healthcare brands, and is particularly deft at creating relevance in traditionally low-interest categories. Additionally, she has led a multiyear equity program for one of the nation’s most iconic companies.
Sheara holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College. She is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women and the Public Relations Society of America. She resides in Washington, D.C. with her rescue pug, Molly McButter..

Through her career she has worked at various agencies specializing in both mass and prestige beauty, health and lifestyle PR, as well as in an in-house role where she managed brand corporate communications and oversaw domestic and international agencies for leading global beauty brands.
With an emphasis on beauty and passion for creativity, Candice has developed a variety of social media and influencer engagement activations and breakthrough professional education programs. Her deep knowledge of the social media landscape has helped her clients enter new categories and reach targeted influencer communities to generate awareness for their brands.
